the Site you are accepting that you are bound by the current terms
and conditions. You are therefore responsible for checking these

of assisting individuals in finding employment and making career
decisions and to assist employers in recruiting staff. You may use,

only and for no other personal or commercial purpose. You may not

All copyright, database rights and other intellectual property rights
in the site and the material available on the site belongs to AddJobs.CO.UK

d . Withdraw membership of the site without prior notice.
e. Amend the rules at its discretion, without prior notice.
f . Users login and password details can be deleted at any time
without prior notice.
g. Suspend or withdraw membership of the site, at any time without
prior notice.
h. Delete any users details & submissions at any time without
prior notice.
The rules may change from time to time and you are advised to refer
to them regularly.

Rights
Any intellectual property rights in any material (text,
networks, images, logos, trademarks) contained in the site are either
owned by Finance Director .com Limted.
5 Site Availability
We use our best
efforts to ensure that AddJobs.CO.UK is available to users of the
world wide web 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. However, at times
the site may be partially or completely unavailable due to technical
faults or reasons beyond our control such as failures by third party
service providers or a risk of virus attack. We will deal with these
situations as quickly as reasonably possible, but you agree that
we shall have no financial liability to you in the event of such
unavailability.
6 Limitation of Liability

shall have no liability in any circumstance for any use of the site.
Our liability, and the liability
of our third party suppliers, for any loss or damage suffered by
you as the result of your use of this site is limited to your actual
direct damages and, except in the case of fraud, excludes any loss
of future earnings, profit or prospects or any consequential or
speculative loss. As required by law, this exclusion does not extend

7 Indemnity
The client agrees to indemnify Finance Director . com Limited and
to keep Finance Director . com Limited indemnified in respect of,
but not limited to, all damages, costs or liabilities that Finance
Director . com Limited may incur arising from using the services
of the site, and in particular resulting from the following:
a) the publication of a defamatory statement;
b)breach of copyright;
c) any claims made by any person in respect of race, religion, age,
sex or disability discrimination.
8 Governing Law
These terms and conditions shall be interpreted in accordance with
English law and all disputes shall be decided by the English courts.
